Returns & Refund Policy

At Rime Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help.

Returns

Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.

Eligible Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all components included (mounts, screws, anchors, rubber bands)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been installed or mounted
  • Products with missing components or damaged packaging
  • Products returned more than 14 days after receipt

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at rimedesignsco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your product securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the product back to the address we provide

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).

What's Refunded:

  • Product purchase price

What's Not Refunded:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at rimedesignsco@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Sending replacement components
  • Issuing a full refund (including original shipping costs)
  • Sending a replacement product at no cost

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at rimedesignsco@gmail.com

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at rimedesignsco@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll issue a full refund.

After Shipment:
Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the product.
