1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products sold by Rime Designs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company located in Denver, CO. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase our products.

2. Products

We sell wall-mounted storage solutions for skis and snowboards, including the Ski Alpinrack and Snowboard Alpinrack (collectively, "Products"). Product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout as required by Colorado law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments.

  • A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship the product.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping costs are subject to change and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at rimedesignsco@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all components and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the returned product.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. No Warranty

PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEY WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Product Use and Installation

  • Products are designed to hold a maximum combined weight of 15 lbs (mount + equipment).

  • You are solely responsible for proper installation according to the provided instructions.

  • Installation requires checking for electrical, gas, and water lines behind walls. Failure to do so can result in serious injury, fire, or death.

  • You must verify that your mounting surface can safely support the product and stored gear.

  • Products should not be installed above people, walkways, or workspaces.

  • Improper installation or use may result in property damage or personal injury.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGE TO WALLS, PROPERTY, OR INJURY TO PERSONS RESULTING FROM INSTALLATION OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO YOUR SKIS, SNOWBOARDS, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT STORED USING OUR PRODUCTS.

  • Rime Designs, LLC is a small business operating without product liability insurance. By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree to the limitations of liability outlined in these Terms.

You agree to assume all risks associated with installation and use of our products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rime Designs, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your installation or use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Rime Designs, LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

  • You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
